Shipping & Returns

Welcome to Hepler’s! Our commitment to you is making sure that all of our customers get fast and courteous service. We want your shopping experience to be as pleasant and hassle free as possible.

Shipping policy:
We ship via UPS. Orders of $99.99 and over are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping. (This applies to U.S. destinations in the lower 48 states only.)

Returns/exchanges:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Hepler’s! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it to us for a refund or an exchange by following these simple steps:
  1. Contact us at 1-888-HEPLERS for prior return/exchange approval. Be sure to have your original order number and the style/sizes/colors of the items you would like if making an exchange.

  2. Repack the item(s) to be returned, along with your original packing slip (including your order number) and a note clearly stating if you are making either an exchange or return.
  3. All items must be accompanied by original tags attached to the item/garment and must be in 100% resalable condition. If you purchased footwear, the products must be unworn with all tags attached in the original box. All items must not be worn, laundered, soiled, altered, damaged, labeled, or personalized.
  4. Ship packages back to:

Refunds are only allowed within 20 days from the date of your shipment's arrival. After that date, only exchanges are available.

All returns/exchanges will be subject to actual shipping rates, deducted from the order total, not the promotional rate (free for over $99.99) that may have applied to the original sale.

If you are making a return, your card will be credited within 10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) being returned, less any shipping and handling charges as explained above.

If you are requesting an exchange that we have in stock, your new items will ship within 10 days. We will contact you and let you know if your exchange item is not in stock.

Customers are responsible for regular UPS Ground shipping rates on any reshipment of exchanged items. This charge will be billed to the same credit card used to make the original purchase.

Personalized items (embroidered/imprinted/engraved) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
